After receiving your application, our HR Specialists will conduct initial screenings to assess suitability and best fit for each candidate.
Candidates selected to move forward may undergo up to 2 virtual interviews (based on position) to discuss motivation, experience, and skills, as well as to allow you to get to know us a bit better!
Successful candidates may undergo reference checks to verify the accuracy of their experience, behavior, and/or qualifications.
Once selected, an offer letter will be extended to you to join the team!
Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. Remote onboarding typically involves paperwork, orientation materials, and access to necessary tools and systems. During this time, you will be introduced to the organization as a whole, as well as the trams you will be in close collaboration with.
